ABA is a structured, evidence-informed approach to understanding and shaping behaviour, commonly used to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and Learning Disability in building communication, social and daily-living skills. Read more on the ABA & neurodevelopmental support page.
Not currently, and that's stated plainly on the About page. Shital holds a PG in Psychotherapy, Art and Play Therapy and specialises in ABA. She works within the scope she's trained and confident in, and refers clients to a licensed clinical psychologist or psychiatrist when a concern needs that level of care.
Yes. The Mental Healthcare Act 2017 (Section 18) supports access to mental healthcare via telemedicine. The 2020 Telemedicine Practice Guidelines specifically govern registered medical practitioners (doctors); behaviour therapists and counsellors instead follow their own professional ethics codes, which this practice adheres to. Yes. All sessions are conducted online by secure video call, so you can book from wherever you are. Just mention your time zone when requesting a slot.
Counselling sessions are priced between ₹1,200 and ₹2,500 depending on session type and length. ABA/neurodevelopmental support is priced after a short initial assessment, since every child's plan differs. Full details on the Pricing page.
Once your slot is confirmed, you can pay securely online by card, UPI, or netbanking via Razorpay (see the Pricing page for the payment button for your session type), or arrange payment manually by UPI/bank transfer if you prefer. You're never asked to pay before your slot is confirmed.
Yes. Session content and personal details are kept confidential in line with the Privacy Policy, except in emergency situations involving risk of harm, as permitted under the Mental Healthcare Act 2017.
This is an online, non-emergency practice. Yes. This practice is designed to complement, not replace, speech therapy, occupational therapy, special education, or psychiatric care your child may already be receiving.
